I am lucky enough to live in the Dyfi valley.

I hope to post quotes, poems and short stories on a regularly irregular basis.

Much of my material may have an eastern flavour but I must admit to having strong western influences in my life.

I welcome your comment, your thoughts, your discussion of the subject matter.

In particular if you find the post, too simplistic or too complex or just plain boring.

My aim is to promote dialog and through dialog ... Harmony.
